Our friends at Dorflinger Glass Museum lost their sign when a motorist hit it. All they wanted was their sign back as it was before the accident. That is exactly what we did!

Site Survey: PSC went on site and measured another sign in order to replicate it so we can remanufacture exactly to the specs of the broken framework.

Main Sign Panels: The main panels were reused from their existing sign. PSC implemented the existing sign panels that were undamaged to help save cost for the client.

Installation: Manufacturing remade all the uprights and decorative pieces so the new sign matched the aesthetic the client wanted. Our installers went removed all the damaged footers/structure and excavated new sonotube footings. PSC installed Aluminum post supports instead of PVC to add more structural integrity, so next time the sign has better chance at withstanding any accidents!

Acrylic PUSH THRU
Acrylic push thru cabinets are the most up and coming product in the sign industry. Most outlet stores are renovating their signage to this type of cabinet design. Acrylic push thru takes the basic illuminated sign cabinet and then adds dimension. Acrylic push thru cabinets have a “push thru” element in the illuminated design of the graphics and or name on the front and/or sides of the cabinet. Push thru letters are made by routing a shape in a sheet of aluminum (the face) and then routing the same shape (only smaller) from another material, often clear or white acrylic about 1/2” thick. The face is placed inside a cabinet and illuminated from behind with LEDs. The effect is very high tech and sophisticated. With our routers we are able to make the push thru shapes in any shape you can create.
